During our stay at this hotel, we were delighted to find that there were many activities, games, and shows for our entire family to get involved in. The in-house entertainment team provided daily activities by the pool, ensuring that our children were always entertained. We particularly enjoyed the live nighttime program, which featured lively music and a fun disco.

In my wife's opinion, one thing that could be improved for families with children is the variety of food options. Although the food at the main restaurant was good, it became a bit repetitive over time, and there wasn't a great deal of choice.

Early check-in, parking outside. Modern and compact unit with power shower, TV, bathrobes. Great and lovely location, nice restaurant...

The place is comfortable with friendly staff offering good service at the front desk, and the location is fantastic, being close to restaurants, shops, and an indoor restaurant.

the sun, beach, food, and the touring

Hotel has a good location, sea beach is only 150 m from a hotel. I appraciate the food - there was a choise of lot of tasted types, only English breakfast every day is little bit stereotyped... The accomodation was good, we have the terrace with a sea view. The room was cleaned every day. The quality of services was OK, the animators were excellent, including "night shows" ( hello Cristoph and David:-) We will come back next year again

It is not a complaint, only recommendation. The personnel smile was missing... I think it is what can create the good atmosphere for hotel guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops. The daily activities provided lots of fun and entertainment. The service was excellent, from the reception staff to the manager in the restaurant. The facilities were great, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location is great for families and beach lovers and for quiet holidays.

Walls in hotel rooms are not sound proofed so you wouldnt want to be a light sleeper.

Lovely rooms with contemporary decoration. Soft beds, savoury and lovely breakfast. Absolutely perfect and brilliant location in the lovely area, just next door to the beach and shops, all the restaurant and bars and the airport. Branded drinks at main bar, brilliant service.

The location here is perfect, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, and a great bus service to explore the island.

Very good location, close to the beach of Palmanova. Lunch, dinner and snacks between meals proved very helpful as the quality of food was pretty good. The rooms were clean and new towels were provided every day.

Rooms are not sound proof at all and combined with the fact that cleaners start a bit early this makes things even worse. Pool size is not very big for the amount of guests and most of them wake up at 7am to pick a sun bed although they might not use it during the day. Palmanova as a location is quite nice but most of the restaurants do not have a Spanish identity .. a bit 80's with british influences.
